Arrived well packed and frozen. Always superb quality. I have never received any product which has disappointed. The gammon was tasty and one slice served both of us. I have always loved the lasagna.

I just cooked the first two of my x8 240g rib eye steaks and I am delighted. Fantastic taste and definitely lives up to restaurant served grass fed steaks I have had in the past. Packaging could be easier to dispose of but from a product quality perspective, for the price I paid I am thrilled.

Wish I had read neg reviews, well I was shock at the alfull quality of the meat, it was worth about £30 and not as good as aldi meat!! On Facebook it said £10 of your first order, all got nothing, won't be using again!!!!!! Update, I had a bbq with 5 friends and use the£70 worth of meat, when I told them how much it cost they were astounded, they all agreed it was no different to supermarket meat!! So donald russell can give itself as many 5 stars but on trust pilot you get the real value, had a email saying that I would be refunded the £10 but never got it!!!!

I have bought from Donald Russell for many years and spent a great deal of money but lately I only buy occasionally as they have gone downhill. I have just cooked a Duck a Lorange and to be quite frank it was not easy to carve at all due to all the bones. Nothing like in the picture they show on their website. Hardly any stuffing to the point of being non existent however not all negative as the meat I managed to cut was very tasty but it only served 2 of us

I don’t buy meat anywhere else! Treat yourself to the extravagant cuts, or buy their everyday specials. Well done, a fantastic customer service too! Just give them a call.

This isn’t the first order we have placed with Donald Russell and the previous steaks have been of the highest quality. This order was for fish products and through no fault of DR there was a hiccup with the delivery, customer service was excellent and they arranged for another order to be despatched and it arrived the next day and was resolved to our benefit, can’t wait to try the fish!

Good customer service. We’ve had parcels from them before and the products have always been good. In addition, this time our parcel was delayed in transit by weather (Not Donald Russell’s fault in any way) and the support by customer service during this delivery has been excellent. They’ve let us know what to expect, when to expect it and guaranteed a replacement if things still go awry. Really pleasant and relaxing to deal with. A good bunch.

Just some constructive criticism the recent order we had delivered was awful the beef was the worst piece of meet I have ordered and with me being 50 years old you can imagine the amount I have ordered in my lifetime the turkey had freezer burn as it was not sealed propally so the skin was awful the pigs in blankets where the only edible part of the order

You were recommended by a friend so I placed an order. Delivery was good, but I haven't enjoyed any of the products. Will stick with Wiltshire Farmfoods in future. PS we are still friends.

I am so impressed with Donald Russel quality and delivery also some decent offers on which works out good value, the meat is high welfare and far superior to supermarket quality
